FASHION MEETS ART: TIFFANY AMBER AND KOLADE OSHINOWO’S EXHIBITION
Lagos (THEWILL) - For the first time in Nigeria, Art was presented alongside fashion in an exhibition by Tiffany Amber, a fashion brand owned by Folake Folarin-Coker, and Kolade Oshinowo, a renowned Artist whose works have been exhibited all over the world winning various awards over the years due to his outstanding work.
Tiffany Amber's 2009 Spring collection at the Mercedes Benz New York Fashion week for the 'ThisDay Arise promise of African collection' was inspired by Oshinowo’s paintings. The paintings and the spring collection were exhibited amongst other works of the artist and designer at Tiffany Amber's Flagship store in Victoria Island, Lagos. The result was a dazzling rhapsody of arts and fashion.
